Jim has over 30 years of experience leading large scale global businesses. From 2018 to 2022, Jim served as CEO of Array Technologies, Inc. where he brought the company back to profitable growth and took it public (NASDAQ: ARRY) in the largest renewable energy IPO of 2020. Before joining Array, Jim held leadership positions at Honeywell Aerospace and Performance Materials, where he last served as President of Honeywell’s Advanced Materials. Prior to Honeywell, Jim served as Executive Vice President of Amkor Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMKR) where he led the company’s global assembly & test business. While at Amkor, Jim also served as President of Amkor Japan, where he led the acquisition of Toshiba Assembly and Test Joint Venture.
Jim earned his MSME from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his BSME from Arizona State University.

Devin Dilley is the co-founder, President, and Chief Product Officer of EPC Power and has over 20 years of experience of engineering and leadership in the Power Electronics industry. He helped co-found EPC Power in 2010, and led EPC Power as CEO from 2015 through 2024 when Jim Fusaro joined the company.
Devin double-majored at Clarkson University, earning BSEE and BSME degrees. He and his wife live in Virginia with their three children. In his spare time, he enjoys camping at the beach, running sound at church, and spending time with his family.

Mary Loomas serves as the Chief Financial Officer and HR Leader at EPC Power Corp. Mary has over 25 years of leadership experience in Semiconductor and Aerospace. Mary brings a strong background and track record of results in driving profitable growth, financial strategy, corporate governance, and operational efficiency.
Mary holds a BA in Economics/Management Science from US San Diego and an MBA in Finance from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Mary attended Stanford’s Executive Program in 2022.

Stuart brings several years of experience as a COO with fast growing companies in the renewable energy industry, specifically in solar trackers and energy storage. He has built strong teams to develop high quality global diverse supply chains. He also has over 20 years of cross-functional integrated supply chain experience in chemical manufacturing.
Stuart grew up in Wales and obtained his Chemical Engineering degree from University of Bath, UK. His wife and two children relocated to the USA in 2008 and currently live in Temecula, working out of EPC’s San Diego office. Stuart enjoys golf, equestrian activities, and traveling.

Jim has over 25 years of leadership experience with a proven track record in delivering profitable growth and building and developing world-class teams. He has 14 years of experience in the Solar PV industry including Business Development at Array Technologies and SMA America. At EPC Power, he serves as Chief Revenue Officer, managing the Sales & Marketing, Growth, and Customer Success teams.
Jim began his career in the semiconductor industry, and he has a BSEE and MBA. Jim lives in the Raleigh, NC area with his wife and enjoys exploring the beautiful North Carolina beaches.

William Giewont is currently the Chief Technical Officer for EPC Power developing high efficiency, grid interactive multi-megawatt power converters. He joined EPC Power in 2017. William has over 44 years of experience in Research and Development of power electronics and controls for power converters ranging in voltage from 230V-4160V and power from 1KW-10MW. He was the principal investigator on several US Department of Energy high voltage WBG programs that investigated the efficiency impact, system cost and commercial advantages of using 10kV SiC MOSFETs in PV to Grid applications.
Bill’s research and development interests include advancements in power electronics, power systems, and controls. His hobbies include woodworking, fly fishing, and hiking the Appalachian trail.

Andrew brings 15 years of legal experience across diverse industries including renewable energy, financial services, and commercial litigation. He represented a wide variety of clients at large law firms including international firm Troutman Sanders, working with banks, insurance companies, manufacturers, and real estate clients in complex commercial disputes and transactions. During his time at Troutman, Andy was recognized as a Top Young Attorney by the San Diego Daily Transcript. He also served as Corporate Counsel at Evans Hotels, managing business affairs and risk management. At EPC Power, Andy serves as VP, General Counsel, providing strategic legal counsel to support the company's continued growth as a leading U.S. manufacturer of utility-scale inverters.
Andy earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and his B.A. from Concordia University Irvine. Andy lives in the San Diego area with his wife and their three children.
